Profile

Oliver qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1999, and worked predominantly in London, where he was a partner in a top 100 UK practice. In 2012, Oliver moved to the Turks and Caicos Islands and was called to the Bar in December of that year.

Oliver specializes in commercial and real estate work, advising developers, investors and occupiers and acting on conveyances of substantial villas and development parcels. He is experienced in property finance and secured lending matters, advising institutional and private lenders. He also provides general corporate advice and frequently advises on business acquisitions and joint ventures.

Away from the office, Oliver currently enjoys restoring an early 90s Range Rover and running the occasional marathon.
