We have acted on some of the largest commercial property transactions in the Turks & Caicos Islands in recent years. We have enormous experience dealing with high value and complex commercial property transactions, involving both private parties and the Crown.

Ever since the 1990´s and in particular since 9/11 the role of regulation of corporate governance has grown in extent and importance. Any entity that undertakes any form of financial services work needs to fully understand and comply with the regulations or runs the risk of facing serious consequences, both civil and criminal.

The firm has extensive experience acting for banks and other lending institutions, both those based in the Turks and Caicos Islands and banks based elsewhere lending on an ´ad hoc´ basis in the TCI. We act for the promoters of mutual funds and have experience in setting up a wide range of mutual funds. In addition we act for the administrators of mutual funds and can advise on a wide range of issues relating to the operation and regulatory compliance of a mutual fund.
